logistics - we have signed a lease starting May 15th on a beautiful 3 bedroom, 1 bath (pictured here) on a quiet street in duboce triangle. we’re hoping to find someone starting June 1st but can be flexible with move in date. Water and garbage is paid by the landlord, and laundry is in-building. We are looking for someone who can pay 2000-2200 in rent. (the total rent is $6800/month)
vibe - hoping to create a home where folks are invested in co-creating a warm and caring space together! excited to have a sense of community through the home while also respecting our independent lives and needs. we’re looking for someone who shares this vision, values flexibility, and is up for direct and kind communication.
about us - we’re both currently medical students at UCSF, about to graduate and start residency here. our schedules can be a bit unpredictable, with some night and weekend shifts, so there will be times we’re sleeping or keeping things quiet during the day. we’ll communicate our schedules proactively and are hoping to live with someone who’s comfortable with being mindful of that kind of routine.
j (they/she) - 30yo queer biracial filipinx. interested in community mental health, abolitionist psychiatry, and relational/somatic approaches to therapy & healing. i’m fairly social; enjoy hanging out in sunny parks, finding daytime dance floors, playing music, writing, and getting into nature.
d (she/her) - 29, queer, native and white, currently interested in biking, eating around the city, spending time in parks, and balancing introvert/extrovert time. At home I like cooking for myself and others, chatting about our days/life, having friends over from time to time, and rewatching my comfort shows.
