There's a room available in our spacious household in Noe Valley. The rent is $1625/month + utilities.
I am leaving the house to be closer to work and my room will be available on October 1st.
The house itself (5BR/3BA) is spacious and includes two living room areas, a backyard with a bbq pit and a garden, a garage, and a home gym. There is also plenty of street parking around and there is no permit requirement.
The room has two windows, gets plenty of sunlight, and is the only one on the ground floor – closest to the bathroom, kitchen, and living room areas.
We are an international household (20–30s) with people from Wales, France, Mexico, and the US! All of us are working professionals and leave the house most days of the week. We’re all friendly with each other and also enjoy having our separate friend groups.
Vibe: Relaxed and respectful – people just want to chill when they get home and are good about keeping things clean.
