Are you looking for a ton of space, your own bathroom, and even an extra room to do with what you will (but don’t want to pay an insane price or have 8 roommates)? Read on!
The Details:
This listing is single-occupancy (no couples) but includes *two rooms* + private bathroom in a large apartment. Rooms are approximately 110sqft each. The second room is for whatever you imagine it to be: home office, art studio, yoga studio, gym, tea room, etc. (square footage = both rooms total). I’ve always gotten along well with roommates, and for this price, I can't justify moving anywhere else and paying more money for less space. Utilities and Sonic gigabit internet not included with rent. There is also a separate guest half bathroom (3 bathrooms total) and laundry in-unit. The dog in the photos doesn't live here, but I dog-sit often.
Both rooms will be *unfurnished*
The Area:
Clement and 26th AKA Restaurant Row - on the edge of many shops, restaurants, and cafes. Lovely produce store 1 block away, Grocery Outlet 2 blocks away, Andronico's and CVS less than a 10-minute walk. I also get free grocery delivery from basically everywhere else, which you’re welcome to use. Half a mile from the best beaches in SF: Baker Beach & China Beach! Also just blocks from Golden Gate Park and the Presidio.
Great transportation: Muni bus lines 1 and 38/R (goes downtown) are both within two blocks. Plenty of unrestricted street parking.
The Home:
This place is a vibe. Comes equipped with smart lighting (see photos), and the living room has a beautiful Sonos surround sound setup for music. The space is quite large, two huge bay windows, a view of the Russian church, hardwood and tile flooring (except bedrooms) + granite countertops. I’ve been considering getting rid of the television, but open to discussion!. I love having friends over sometimes, but almost never bring the party home (rare exceptions like outside lands, which is walking distance).
About Me (your future roommate):
I am a 30’s straight male and mental health professional - very clean, social, and easy to get along with. I work primarily with adolescents in community mental health, so I really appreciate coming back a peaceful home. My schedule can vary, but I’m by no means home all the time. I love to read philosophy, fantasy, and psychology. Very eclectic music tastes ranging from EDM to folk. I love going on trips into nature, music festivals, and dancing. I drink from time to time (perhaps once per month). Psychedelics-friendly!!
