The bedroom is a good size, with a closet that really accommodates everything. The kitchen and bathroom are shared, but there are just two of us, so it's not a huge concern. You receive a parking space, which is excellent. The neighborhood is quite peaceful, yet it is near to everything - NewPark is right there, BART is about 15 minutes away, and you can easily access 880 or Dumbarton. There is no trouble getting to Fremont or San Jose.
$650 a month, then we divide PG&E and wifi, which is usually about $90 each. When you move in, you should prioritize your needs first and last.
In my late twenties, I work in San Jose on software projects. I work from home some days, so I'm available but not in your face. Like going out on weekends, exploring different restaurants, and hitting the trails. I'm not a neat freak, but I do keep common places tidy.
