About the Roles...
As a Shop Associate, you would support both our retail store and online operations. The day-to-day can include assisting customers in person and online, ringing up sales, stocking the sales floor, advising on product selections, and preparing online orders for pickup and shipping. This is a hands-on position where attention to detail, customer care, and enthusiasm are key.
As a Fulfillment Associate you manage back of house operations. Pulling and packing orders for shipping and for local delivery, receiving and backstocking daily deliveries, and maintaining an organized backroom and shipping station. Will learn and leverage multiple software platforms including e-commerce software, shipping and courier portals, and internal messaging apps.
Qualifications to Note
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Comfortable with technology and online order systems
Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs
Availability for regular retail hours, including weekends
