We are a full service flower/ plant business on Market St. We are looking for a full time manager to help streamline our operations.
Requirements:
Proficiency and confidence in high level floral design for all occasions: Weddings, Events, Weekly Accounts, Shop orders etc.
Knowledge of plants. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple time sensitive tasks. Basic computer literacy. Ability to work well with a diverse and lively team. Exemplary communication skills.
Duties for this role include:
Supporting shop ownership and team. Ensuring quality standards are adhered to. Fostering team efficiency/ productivity. Delegating daily tasks. Helping to grow the company.
The ideal candidate for this role is one who is looking to grow with a strong team. We are looking for a highly skilled designer and operator to bring their energy, enthusiasm and passion.
