I have a very nice two-bedroom home right behind The Holy Cross Church in Santa Cruz off of River Street There is a catwalk over mission and it's so very convenient to UCSC, it is within a mile of UCSC (as the crow flies) and Downtown to party with friends and shop! This place has a lot going on around here! Downtown is only a couple blocks! I've loved living here for 8 years. Its a nice neighborhood and quiet at all the right times. It's starts off with a large patio out front which is set down off the street and very maintained with succulents, ferns and flowers and a big palm tree and on the other side a large Cypress tree to keep cool in the summer and is a nice to BBQ and entertain guest. There are cathedral ceilings in each room except the bathroom. The bathroom is shared and it's quite large with a tub and shower and large vanity with a sink and storage drawers and cabinets. The home is always tidy and I like to keep it that way. We will share chores. Not too tough if you just keep it clean. So if you don't care about how your home looks and feels, don't bother answering this ad. I like to feel proud when I have a guest over don't you? I hope so. My pet peeve is dirty dishes in the sink. Oh yes and you will have a fully stocked kitchen to cook if you like. The room has two large windows that open up for air and are covered with horizonal blinds and the room has a large closet. There is Wi-Fi/ internet cable hookup ready in the room as well as there is a ROKU available for your TV in your room that I am happy to give you to use. We will share utilities, PG&E and Santa Cruz Municipal Water and Garbage.

To move in requires first and last which is very reasonable for Santa Cruz, anywhere for that matter. I am an easy going person and easy to get along with. I am a happy person and enjoy fun conversations and watching a movie here and there, I love watching movies and bingeing on a good Series!. 420 okay. I don't smoke weed because I get stupid.

First floor apartment share with a gal who is an artist and quite cool and loves to have fun conversations but that is definitely not mandatory lol. I’m an easy-going person who values a somewhat healthy lifestyle and a positive mindset. About me: I am a nice person and love people open heartedly. I am retired from High Tech and I am now an Artist in Santa Cruz. Must love dog because I have a BIG one and his name is Max! He's a Love Bug!. Unfortunately, I cannot allow any additional animals and I am sorry about that.
