We are looking for someone who is exceptionally clean and very, very quiet as well as very, very organized. Be honest and represent yourself accurately please as we have. A NON-smoker, NON-partier type person is what we are looking for, light alcohol is OK. NO smoking/vaping anything in, around or near our home. I have asthma and allergies.
There are two parking options. Please inquire within.
Use of all of the amenities (pools, spas, gym, ballroom, clubhouses, billiard room, game room, etc. are included in the rent price. We have Xfinity internet, as well as housekeeping every two weeks.
This is a nice room with morning sun and a huge wall-to-wall closet. There is other storage in the bathroom cupboards, drawers and shelving.
The room is furnished with a twin bed, two nightstands, desk, file cabinet, entertainment unit, and lamps.
You must have very good to excellent credit. Please know your credit score before contacting us and come with references for job, credit and tenancy.
