Available October 8th, to share house with the home owner. I am looking for an individual tenant who does not work from home i.e. one person only, for a short term lease (a couple of months maximum).
Rent includes all utilities i.e. fast wifi, water, electricity, garbage, etc laundry washing machine (but no clothes dryer). Own bathroom. No additional guests, no parties, no pets, no smoking, no drugs. No guest furniture. This room is fully furnished.
Walk in closet, lots of storage, desk, chair, bedside table and extra lamps. Access to shed if needed to store items. Room has a remote fan and separate space heater. The home also has heat/AC throughout.
