A private room in our expansive estate has become available. It is ready for move-in on 9/13/2025, dates flexible. It comes with a private room + bathroom + walk in closet + balcony!

The location:
⁃located in the beautiful mountain sides of Saratoga
⁃but also very close to town (5 minutes)
⁃7 minutes til the 85 freeway
⁃great running and hiking trails direct from the house
⁃our neighbors include bunnies, deers, and turkeys :)
The roommates:
We are 3 males and 1 female in our 30s-early 40s. And there is also Katze and Weißbier, the two cats that honestly rule the house. We’re a pretty cool bunch and have a good balance of hanging out together and also doing our own thing. The spaciousness enables room for a lot of activities and hobbies.
