Hey roommate hunters! We (2 F) are looking for a third roommate (F/M) in their late-20s to 30s who is interested in signing onto our month to month lease in the Communications Hill neighborhood. Rent is $1,750/month + utilities split evenly. There is also a $200 lease initiation fee and $1,600 security deposit.

About the arrangement:
- Available February 1st
- 1 master suite w/ 2 walk-in closets & bathroom w/ double sinks, shower, and bathtub
- 1 garage parking space; there is also plenty of street parking
- Laundry on site
- Common areas are semi-furnished; your space is unfurnished

We’re looking to rent to one person only. We appreciate someone who cleans up after themselves, is courteous of shared spaces, and contributes to keeping an amicable atmosphere.
