Looking for: 1 female roommate (no couples) to share a beautiful apartment in San Jose near Levi's Stadium. Flexible move-in end of December/January 1st. Lease ends June 29th 2026.
Your Room: Spacious master bedroom with private balcony, walk-in closet, and large bathroom with bidet. Main bedroom space 12'3" x 13'4" not including WIC, entryway and ensuite bath (approximately 437 sqft as it's 1/3 of 1312 sqft apartment). Quiet and private with a balcony and view of the courtyard. ($1850/month)
The Apartment: This end unit boasts modern finishes with wood laminate flooring throughout the kitchen and living areas, carpeted bedrooms, and spacious bathrooms with deep soaking tubs. The building also offers elevator access for convenience. Recently upgraded with smart thermostat (but weather is so nice we tend to keep it off), keyless door entry and pin pad for gated entry, access also allowed via app. This unit in particular has Google Nest in kitchen and living room and controls the light in the living room.
About Your Roommates: You'll be sharing the space with two women in their 30's with a small dog (CKCS who is kennel trained when I am not home) There are no dietary restrictions.
Bonus Perks: The community is dog-friendly and offers easy access to Montana Neighborhood Park and the Guadalupe Trail. Enjoy a peaceful and friendly atmosphere! I also have a Costco membership!
Building Amenities: Our apartment building is loaded with amenities:
• Ground Floor: Garage parking
• Second Floor: Pool, hot tub, outdoor showers, dining area with grills, bathrooms, and a clubhouse with a full kitchen (available to rent for events)

• Fifth Floor: Rooftop lounge with grills, cabanas, seating, and TVs

I'm looking for a clean, respectful, and organized female roommate who values a peaceful and tidy home. Ideally, someone who:
- Follows shared cleaning routines and keeps common areas like the kitchen and bathroom clean.
- Doesn’t cook heavily aromatic meals often.
- Is mindful of noise, especially at night.
- Respects house rules and communicates openly.
-Doesn't WFH FT as previous roommates would not pay their share of increased utilities.
- SMOKE FREE - no cigarettes, cigars, vape, 420, etc
- Pays rent and utilities on time
