The property is located in Communication Hills so the home is on a hill, has beautiful views, great walking and running trails, park just completed being built, and the neighborhood is very quiet.
I have 1 unfurnished Bedroom with private bathroom. There is a lot of privacy due to layout of house.
All leases are based on a 12 months lease with 1 month security deposit and 1 month rent.
Stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, hardwood floors in common areas. New Washer/dryer is provided. Storage area.

About Us:
We are very laid back young professionals ranging the age of 25-32. There are currently 4 of us, two females and two males. We have always gotten along with our roommates. We are very respectful of others privacy and space but are all very close and function like a family. Very positive atmosphere and we are all very supportive of one another. We all work majority of the time (5 out of 7 days), and relax in the evenings. No smoking or drugs house!
