Room for rent in 4br house with professional men in mid 20s. Most tenants are fairly busy and keep the house clean. I also have a regular cleaner clean the common areas every other week, which is included in the rent. Looking for a third and fourth housemate that will be a good match..

The room is a good size with a built in book case. The bathroom is shared with two other rooms..

Centrally located 4 bedroom 2 bath house with big back yard and large shed for extra storage. Very easy freeway access. Close to Santana Row, Whole Foods, Safeway, and many other amenities.

Stainless steel appliances. Front loading washer and dryer. Large back yard with fruit trees, Gazebo, and sprinkler lines to a perfect spot for your own garden.

I dedicate $200/month for communal expenses (ex. get a new couch, which I think is next on the list)

I also pay for biweekly cleaner and gardener.
