We have rooms/studios available in the San Jose area. We also have one private studio/cottage and a large master both with private bathrooms. the homes/studios are close to the Berryessa bart station, light rail, shopping, freeways, downtown, etc. Homes are completely furnished well maintained and clean.
We keep the home in great condition and have regular cleaning performed. Everything is included in the rent , P.G.E and high speed internet all included. Nice backyard with covered patio and Barbecue, Plenty of parking with no permit required. We do require non refundable credit check and employment verification.
