I'm looking for a roommate to take over my lease for a private bedroom in a spacious townhouse located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. The room is on the third floor and comes with an attached bathroom and walk-in closet with shelves for extra storage.
Start Date: December 25, 2025 (around Christmas). Lease ends on August 17, 2026, but you can extend the lease if desired, depending on the other roommates.
