We have three living spaces available now. We are a very active community living in a very large historic estate that's built to impress and entertain on a gated wooded peninsula property. Come enjoy the ideal weather (it's always a bit nicer here), fantastic running, hiking, biking right outside the gates and huge shared indoor spaces and multiple outdoor decks.
Residents are active, established, educated, open-minded adults working as tech, arts, medical and finance professionals in our late 20's thru 50's. We are social, inclusive, fun and respectful. We get together to cook, binge shows, practice yoga, run, bike, surf, SUP, enjoy EPIC (and IKON) pass ski trips, travel, camp, go to shows, games and throw parties. We keep a fairly tidy place and everyone here is expected to pitch in to keep it that way between the cleaner's visits.
All residents have full use and access to AMPLE communal space including formal and family dining rooms, grand ballroom (with grand piano), music lounge with club sound and lighting for dance parties, several large decks with seating, grills, game spaces with billiard and ping pong tables. Full kitchen facilities includes double convection oven, 5-burner gas stove, two dishwashers, and all the needed utensils and gadgets. Gym includes stationary bike, stair climber, treadmill, elliptical trainer, squat rack, bench, free weights, a universal-type weight station, roman chair, and more are on-site. The large laundry room has 2 washers and 2 dryers, hanging racks etc.
Your friends and overnight guests are welcome.

FYIs:
NO Pets... no really, HUMANS only. Please do not reply if you have a pet or care full-time for a living creature of any kind (turtle, fancy bunny no matter how cute).
No smoking on the property indoor or out.
NO *none* zero EV charging facilities are available for EVs (SORRY!)
We do cook meat as well as drink alcohol. If you cannot be around, or freely share space, utensils and a kitchen with people who do these things, this may not be the place for you.
On-site parking is limited to one vehicle per occupant and there is no nearby street parking available. VERY limited personal storage available in the home outside of your room.
We love all you Maker-types but there are NO workshop, garage or crafty/maker workspaces outside of your room.
YES, we do rent big some beautiful rooms! However, existing tenants get first dibs so all are filled with residents who moved into one of these smaller rooms first and relocated when available.
The building is old (historic?), there are NO living spaces or bathrooms accessible without at least a step or two, most bedrooms and bathrooms are not on the ground floor so ability to climb stairs a must.
Financial Details: We each have a lease for our personal space with the landlord thru a property management company, the good thing is your rent will NOT fluctuate with occupancy nor do you need to worry about Master-tenant shenanigans. Rent does not include utilities or any other tenant responsibilities such as any plumbing problems or damages. We share all non-rent expenses (such as Water, Gas, Electricity, TV and broadband, trash), shared supplies (TP, Paper towels, trash bags, dish and laundry soap, etc.) and bi-weekly cleaning of shared space per resident and it averages about $250/mo depending to the time of year and number of residents/shares.
Landlord takes care of the weekly maintenance of outdoor space (gardener).
Deposit is 1 month rent.
MINIMUM 6 month lease, longer term tenants are ideal!
Sorry, we are not accepting short term or month to month tenants.
The Process: Reply to this ad, tell us about yourself, what you are looking for and what you bring to the community, if it sounds like a match, we'll contact you and see if we can schedule a visit. If that all goes well, you fill out an app with the property manger who will run your credit/background (they ask small credit/background check fee). Sign a lease and move in :)
We look forward to hearing from you!

Images after the diagram are on the available space, furnishings may not be the same as pictured. Square feet listed is a estimate.
