Rent is $1650/month (before electricity & internet utilities) for a private bedroom & private full bathroom and shared access to a huge open kitchen & living room area with in-unit laundry & three spacious outdoor balconies. Your room includes a private bathroom and is directly to the right as you enter the apartment (right off of the kitchen- see photos) and the other two rooms are located at opposite corners of the apartment (with their own bathrooms), so there is a lot of privacy.
Quiet hours in the kitchen are 10pm-7am (you can still use the kitchen during quiet hours, but we ask that you just avoid any loud conversations during this time), and we also have a policy of significant others spending no more than 3 nights a week at the apartment too (unless they are willing to pay a portion of the rent).
You would be sharing the apartment with two females in their 30s (one works in tech & the other works full-time at a bookstore). Both are musicians and are part of a vibrant musical community in Mountain View! We are also currently looking for someone with no pets at the moment, but this might be negotiable in the future.
