This is a loft space for rent in a spacious apartment in Sausalito. There is a large shared kitchen, as well as a living room, functioning fireplace, and two balconies with scenic views of the ocean. There are currently two other people living in this space. This is a sublet situation. Ideally the space is filled by September 1st.
There is an upstairs bathroom and a downstairs bathroom with a shower. The upstairs bathroom is reserved for the tenant in the loft space. The loft is above the living room and is blocked off with curtains. The unit is fully furnished. There is one parking space for the unit, as well as plenty of street parking.
This space is beautiful, and right next to downtown Sausalito. It's incredibly walkable, and there is a spot to put a bike. The area is very safe and clean.
