I have a nice furnished upstairs room with a new Tempurpedic full-sized bed available now in a clean, tidy, comfortable 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhouse apartment becoming available December 1, 2025. It is in an attractive, quiet, peaceful, and well-maintained complex in Larkfield, northeast Santa Rosa, CA (just south of Windsor) that has recently been 100% remodeled, everything is NEW NEW NEW, did I mention all is new? :-) This location is near restaurants, shopping, coffee (two Starbucks and other coffee businesses nearby).
The rental is for one adult only, male or female (I am a female), no couples. Sorry, no vacancy for pets as two 'Garfield' type cats reside here. Looking for a housemate to join who wants a friendly, clean, pleasant, and low-key home environment. $300 deposit.
This is a room rental for someone who is traveling light. There is no room to bring in your own furniture, and sorry there is no garage here.
I am seeking someone who is friendly and considerate, neat, clean, and tidy, and who picks up after themselves to keep both the room and the common areas clean. Prefer a non-smoker, this is a non-smoking home and complex, and be a non-drug user, no heavy alcohol consumption, no convicted felons. There is generous dedicated both refrigerator space for you as well as kitchen cupboard multiple shelf space for dry goods.
