WE ARE LOOKING FOR A ROOMMATE WHO:
Works full-time away from home.
Is a mature, easy-going, and drama-free adult.
Is a non-smoker (no drugs of any kind).
Is a good communicator and cleans up after themselves in common areas.
Must be okay with dogs as we have them in the home.
Is respectful and quiet, with no anger issues.
LOGISTICS:
Rent: $1,000 per month (ALL utilities & WiFi included)
Security Deposit: $500
Credit Check Fee: $50 (one-time)
Lease: Currently month-to-month, with the hope of a longer-term stay (1+ year) if we're a good fit.
Parking: Plenty of safe, available street parking, typically right in front of the house.
