I am looking for someone who is relatively quiet and kind. Typically, I am the only one living at the house (3 bedrooms - one of which is my office), and on the weekends (or so), my partner and our wonderful dog live there too. I am a professional male who works out of the house and consider myself highly considerate. I like my living space to be clean, tidy, and quiet.
The place is near the San Rafael Civic Center and within walking distance of the Farmer's Market and the SMART train. We are close to Terra Linda, the Northgate Mall, and Kaiser.
The place has a clothes washer and dryer, a dishwasher, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a shared pool and Jacuzzi.
I already have a queen-size bed in the room, but you don’t have to use it.
