About us: We are a civil engineer, a teacher and two kids who love meeting new people. We value clear communication and respect your rights to a quiet home. Kids need quiet time for naps etc from 1-3pm. We cook, eat, and clean up the kitchen from 6-8pm (you can join us or not).
The house: Large primary room, with closet and an office nook, private bath with tub, large kitchen, living room, pantry, quirky dining room, garage storage space, and a barn. We have fruit trees and native habitat. A fun social married couple live in the attached private unit. Located on rolling grasslands with nice neighborhood chickens, cows, sheep, and one cute llama. Lots of opportunities if you want to garden or farm. On a private dead-end lane, 12 minutes to downtown Petaluma and close to Penngrove/Cotati.
About you: We don’t need childcare or land management but work trade could be discussed with the right person. No smoking or drug use of any kind. LGBTQ friendly. Will request rental references and background check. We can also provide references from former housemates.
