Right in the middle of San Francisco, Napa Valley, Sonoma County and the Pacific California Coastline with about a half hour ride to Muir Woods, Stinson Beach, Sausalito Headlands, Mount Tamalpais and Pt. Reyes. There are natural hiking and bike trails and parks surrounding us in abundance, if you like the outdoors; even right out from the back yard there is close access to Mount Burdell, Stafford Lake and Miwok or Pioneer Park. There is also a small park in our neighborhood practically next door.
Beautiful Spacious and luxuriously appointed 4,000 sq.ft. custom home available to share. Downstairs private room, quiet with lots of privacy. Upstairs common areas include large living room and dining room, huge gourmet kitchen with Bosch appliances, enormous family room, well equipped laundry room and a great patio with a large yard, garden and high hill with oak trees off kitchen out back where you can overlook Novato. There is much privacy being no other houses are next to any of the sides of the house. Decorated in Tuscan villa décor, the home includes High Speed Internet WiFi. Bedrooms can be rented furnished (preferably) or unfurnished (let's discuss). Be prepared for a beautiful "Quality of Life", feeling a sense of well being in a homey, safe, clean, welcoming & hospitable environment that is a few blocks from downtown Novato and across the street from all time favorites such as Starbucks, Trader Joes, Pharmaca, and a wide variety of ethnic restaurants etc. Bus access is a block away in both directions north and south. Hwy 101 is also a block away along with the Smart Train that has a stop at the next intersection. This rental is a home and your not confined only to your room. You are welcome in the other common areas of the house as well. Rental Applications taken anytime for future occupancy. We have been full all year. Rent is for a room but I share my entire 4,000 sq. foot home and we all pitch in on utilities.

Bathroom share is usually with one person on a different schedule or you often have it all to yourself not having to share and this is depending on the current tenancy.
