Hello, I am am renting out my extra bedroom. My home is located in central Healdsburg. The downtown square and shopping area are only a 5-minute walk away. There is a lovely little backyard and a big garage with some storage available. The room is a good size and is partially furnished with a double memory foam bed and a large closet with built in shelving. You are free to add any furniture you may have. It has a beautiful south-facing view. Bathrooms and common areas are shared. Parking is excellent.
I am a female college professor who prefers a quiet, clean home environment. I have one very shy, sweet cat.
