Rooted Wellness and Spa is a wellness collective in Pleasanton, CA. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist and Esthetician to join our collaborative, client-centered environment. This role is ideal for a therapist with 1–3 years of experience who values quality care, professional growth, and community.
As a Wellness provider at Rooted Wellness, you will provide personalized therapeutic services in a calm, professional setting. Our focus is on sustainable body mechanics, holistic care, and long-term client relationships; not high-volume, rushed sessions.
Duties
- Provide customized wellness sessions based on client needs and goals
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment room
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Participate in a collaborative wellness environment
Requirements
- Active CAMTC certification or California massage license (required)- 1–3 years of professional massage experience preferred
- Training in modalities such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Lymphatic Drainage, Prenatal, Myofascial, or Ashiatsu a plus
-Active Cosmetology license for Esthetics. 1-3 years of professional esthetics experience preferred
- Training in Hydrafacial, waxing a plus
- Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
- Reliable, professional, and motivated to grow within a wellness collective
