Compensation
• $40/hr for each massage session
• $16.75/hr for downtime (between clients)
• +$10 for each client request
• Commission on add-ons (hot stone, CBD, etc.)

Requirements
• Active California Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)
• Reliable, professional, and client-focused
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and client rapport
