Client Experience & Studio Coordinator

Bohemia Skin & Body is seeking a warm, organized, creative, and proactive individual to join our holistic skin and wellness studio as a Client Experience & Studio Coordinator. This role goes far beyond traditional front desk responsibilities. The ideal candidate will play an integral role in shaping the overall client experience, supporting studio operations, and helping grow the business through thoughtful communication, organization, retail support, and creative initiatives. As the first and last point of contact for our clients, this position is centered around hospitality, attention to detail, aesthetics, and maintaining the calm, elevated atmosphere Bohemia is known for.
Bohemia Skin & Body is a boutique wellness destination offering customized facials, therapeutic massage, advanced skincare treatments, and a carefully curated retail collection of clean beauty, wellness, and lifestyle products. Responsibilities:
Client Experience
Welcome and check in clients with warmth and professionalism
Create a seamless and elevated experience from arrival to departure
Manage bookings, scheduling, confirmations, and thoughtful client communication
Answer phones, emails, and client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Studio Operations
Maintain and organize the retail and front-of-house spaces
Assist with daily studio upkeep and organization
Support operational tasks, team communication, and special studio projects
Help maintain a calm, intentional, and supportive environment for both clients and staff
Retail & Inventory
Support retail merchandising and visual product displays
Manage and fulfill online orders, including packing and shipping products
Track and maintain accurate retail inventory
Assist with product receiving, organization, and restocking
Marketing & Creative Support
Assist with social media posting, content support, and community engagement
Support Google and Yelp advertising initiatives
Assist with studio marketing projects, promotions, and events
Contribute to maintaining Bohemia's visual aesthetic and brand presence

Required Experience:
Spa, wellness, hospitality, retail, or luxury customer service experience required
Position Details:
Schedule: Wednesday–Sunday
Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Weekend Availability: Saturday and Sunday availability is essential
Compensation: $25/hour DOE
Start Date: August 2026
