We are a mix of working professionals in the house from age 50-64. We're five people and you would be the sixth. Usually one or two rooms in the house are earmarked for Airbnb on occasion.
We value cleanliness, tidiness, quietness, friendliness and taking care of the environment by recycling and composting.
Housemates pitch in with weekly tasks to keep house clean.
The room- Since there were two living rooms in the house, this room was converted into a bedroom. It is a big room with vaulted ceilings. There is no built in closet but drawers, shelves and a clothes rack are provided.
The room is furnished with with shelving units, desk, bed, and chair. A sliding door was installed for privacy.
The room is next to the entry way and close to the kitchen. If you're a light sleeper and easily disturbed by the sound of an opening of a door, or footsteps, etc. this may not be the right fit. Earplugs can be your friend!
