I’m looking for a female roommate (single occupancy only) to share my peaceful, fully furnished 2-bedroom apartment in the Saranap area of Walnut Creek — just minutes from downtown, hiking trails, and only 5 minutes from Kaiser Permanente. Plus, only 30 seconds from Highway 24, and close to Highway 680. Ideal for commuters, travel professionals, or anyone needing quick access to Kaiser.
🛏️ Your unfurnished private bedroom is approx. 135 sq ft and includes a large built-in closet.
