Includes your own bathroom that has a bath tub/shower, and a vanity hallway lined with over 10 feet of hanging closet space on one side, and a sink/mirror on the other... Master room is 13' x 14'.
The rest of the house is furnished and includes the garage, backyard, 1st floor living spaces, kitchen, and backyard will all be shared by me. I do have a second room available if you have children that are with you 50% of the time, each room is priced separately.
We also have a XL dog who is a sweetheart.
The house is walking distance to Safeway and many other shops, and we have a HOA key if you want to enjoy one of two pools, or to play some tennis.
Looking for someone with good credit with stable income, that will share in utilities, (your share of wifi, water, gas, electric, garbage is around $200 per month) and someone that will be clean, honest, responsible, easy going, etc. dogs are considered case-by-case
Minimum lease is 6 months, then you can go month-to-month afterwards. Utilities will be split fairly.
