The room is somewhat private and removed from the rest of the house, it’s the only room upstairs. The room has heating and cooling (heat pump) that can be controlled independently from the rest of the house.
Lots of natural light in the room (two large windows) with pull down shades. Full size closet in the room, and small storage nook just outside the door in the hallway. TV mounted in room, can be removed if so preferred.
Separate sink, vanity, medicine cabinet in the shared bathroom.
Living room and kitchen are common spaces open for use by everyone. Kitchen is fully stocked. Dishwasher available for use as well.
Washer/Dryer in garage and available to tenant (please be responsible). Storage space available in the garage (small garage/tight space). EV charger available for tenant use. Street parking only (usually not a problem).
I share custody of my son ~5y.o. half the week and every other weekend, so preference is for single woman, trans woman, or non-binary (AFAB) out of an abundance of caution for the safety/security of my young son. I am 38, working professional, white/latin mixed (fluent Spanish speaker), cis/het male.
