I live in a beautiful ground floor apartment, in a community within three minutes of Lawrence Livermore labs lots of shopping and restaurants and theaters downtown also close to 580.

I am offering a one bedroom furnished room with your bathroom right across the hall shared with one other roommate to be determined. I have my own bathroom.

This is a three bedroom two bath apartment with a very spacious kitchen, dining room and living room and inside laundry right across from your room. Central heat and air of course.

You are welcome to have full use of my kitchen as long as you clean up after yourself.

The room available for rent is furnished with a dresser, bookcase and a brand new
Queen size bed that is partially adjustable. I have also included a comforter and sheets, new pillows and towels that go with your bathroom which I will wash for you every week if you would like that, no extra cost. good size closet too!

Utilities, garbage service, cable TV with many channels, and Wi-Fi are included.

Included in the $1375 monthly rental is a sizable one car garage with your own remote. if you should decide that you do not want the garage you may deduct $175 from the monthly rent.

And you’ll find the normal amenities offered in an upscale apartment complex – swimming pool workout room clubhouse, Mail Room next to the office, barbecue area complete with barbecues and nice comfortable furniture too. Playground for the children and dog park!

I like to have a phone conversation with my prospective renters before we meet just to make sure that it sounds like we will be a good match for each.

You won’t be disappointed. If you decide to live here this is an absolutely beautiful community well kept and taken care of by a fantastic office and maintenance staff!

By the way, this apartment can be ready as early as next week!

Rental term is month-to-month either party may give 30 days notice, but it must be given by the last day of the prior month.

Also Rent for the next month must be paid by the last day of the prior month in cash and a receipt will be provided. Or we may use Zelle.

Security deposit will be the same amount as the rent. A receipt will be provided, and the money will be held until the management has approved you. I pay the whole rent for the apartment. You just pay your share.

This is a particularly nice and quiet complex kept immaculately clean and in good repair by a fabulous property management crew and maintenance team. I dare you to find better. I have lived here a little over four years now and totally enjoy it.

You won’t have to worry about any loud parties, etc. Crime seems to be very low. The worst I seem to hear is that someone parked in someone else’s parking spot!

Everyone that I have met here is very friendly and pleasant. Easy to get along with.

There are some restrictions as follows:

no pets
no guests ever
no drinking
no smoking in the whole complex, including vaping
no drugs

I pay the whole rent monthly on time all the time. And you pay me your portion as will the other roommate.
