This is a beautiful bedroom with its own private balcony with a patio set. It’s nestle by oak trees, and no other no neighbors in the back. beautiful view of oak trees, and a back property. where sometimes you can spot wild life, and a trail and the canal. It's a room that has a beautiful Ethan Allen Bed with a wonderful beauty-rest king size luxury mattress. Wall-to-wall windows, 2 sets of curtain for sun and dark in addition the balcony is enclosed in a mosquito safety net for protection from insect. The patio is covered with a net.
I currently do not have pets in my home. I Provide extra pillows, extra blankets and extra cotton sheets. Special area to prep breakfast or snacks, a refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee keurig machine, a tea kettle to boil water and utensils, can opener, bottle opener scissors, metal fork, knife spoon. Napkins. There is a trash cans with plastic bags.You do have kitchen access for diners, and laundry brand new machines Washer and Dryer onsite.All utilities are included like wifi, and there is a TV where you can stream movies with Prime video, and Netflix in the screen the remote has headphones as well in case you want to watch TV late at night.There is an infrared wall fan wifi controlled.
The room never gets too cold in winter or too hot in the summer. There are oak trees in the balcony. There is a furniture for clothing and bins on shelf to store more clothing. Walking closet to hang clothes. open house today Sunday but please call to schedule a tour and state your full name when you call.
Six month minimum a year lease preferred. Discount for signing a year half a month off.
