I’m looking for a responsible, mature, organized, clean, and considerate tenant. No smoking allowed inside.
The unit is located behind a secure gate and surrounded by a mix of Victorian homes, live-work spaces, corner stores, and warehouses. There’s plenty of street parking, and it’s in a pretty convenient spot for getting around the Bay Area. We’re at 10th and Wood Street—about 5 blocks from the West Oakland BART station. You can be in downtown San Francisco in under 10 minutes via BART. Driving or biking to SF, downtown Oakland, or Berkeley also takes less than 10 minutes.
Within a short drive are Jack London Square Amtrak, Emeryville Amtrak, the Oakland Greyhound Station, and shopping areas like Public Market Emeryville, Bay Street, Powell Street Plaza, and East BayBridge (home to Safeway, Home Depot, Office Depot, Best Buy, Ikea, AMC Theaters, and more).
West Oakland has a strong cultural vibe, with lots of local art studios and unique fusion restaurants.
Rental terms: Available long-term or month-to-month (5-month minimum or $600 early move-out fee).
Move-in costs: First month’s rent + $1,800 security deposit.
About you: Financially stable, friendly (at least a little), bright, clean, and respectful. No drug addicts, alcoholics, or people with untreated mental health issues—please be real about this.
