$125 Music Space For Rent - Have Entire Days to Practice and Keep Your Gear (oakland west)

We’re a group of musicians looking for a band to fill the last slot.
This is not an overcrowded space - you will have a day (12pm-12am) where the space reserved just for you! There will also be another 4 days of which you can freely reserve the space as a band or as individuals.
You are welcome to keep your gear there as well! We have a house drum set and keyboard and a drawer for your cables.
$125 per band member a month.
