Looking for a roommate to fill the 3rd bedroom in a house located in the east OAKLAND hills near the Zoo.

Roommate 1: 36 years old male, travels a lot for fun and work, enjoys sport, hiking and music. Works as project manager for a renewable energy company. Really into snowboarding.
Roommate 2: 30 male. Works in the sheet metal union. From the bay are originally. Foodie, likes playing video games and going to the gym. Huge sports fan.
Rent includes all utilities (trash, internet, gas, electric & landscaping) except water which is split evenly. We both work Monday they Friday so we keep it calm during the week (after 10pm quiet hours). We also split the cost of a house cleaner once a month. But we usually keep the shared space clean.
Pets are a possibility (no cats).
Move in cost is first and last months rent plus $300 security deposit. 1 year lease is preferred but there is a 6 month option.
