Be aware this house us under renovations. Hence, the low rent. We want to make sure you are comfortable with that. Quiet hours will be respected. Renting the room will help with our renovation expenses.
Amenities: Indoor laundry, cental heat, shared driveway, your own full size refrigerator, personal in window air conditioner in your room.
Includes: Internet & all utilities. Except no cable TV.
Room is furnished with a full size bed. Linens are NOT provided, Dresser, TV and large closet.
The room can be unfurnished if you prefer. Same price.
RULES:
Overnight guest permitted with meet-up approval.
Smoking outside only.
No parties, no drugs, no loud music, no drama.
No pets. Reptiles and fish ok.
Must get along with other housemates,
Other house mates include a husband and wife couple in their mid 60's.
Applicant: must pay: $25 non-refundable background check fee. This fee must be paid in cash, in person.
Applicant must provide address of employment (if you are working) Allow 1-2 days to hear back about results.
