The home is in a nice neighborhood that will has little traffic and respectable neighbors, great walks, eight houses from the Iron horse trail, Safeway .5 mile, Sprouts 1 mile, with great restaurants, Pleasant Hill BART 1.8 mile.
There is a security deposit of $825, first months' as well last months' rent due before the date of move in. Rent is 825 plus 2 hours in the garden. Plus utilities (average 110-135).
We do share a bathroom and I do clean it.
Sorry not good with 420 or smoking/vaping of any kind.
