A little about me: I'm a middle-aged outgoing Italian female. I'm congenial, fun-loving, and very young at heart. I'm a Christ-follower and I’m looking for a Christian roommate.
The complex looks like a resort: (pool and fitness room right outside my apartment): Fitness room with 3 treadmills, 2 elliptical machines, weight machines, spin bikes, weights, dry sauna, pool, hot tub, BBQ areas, dog park. 2 miles from Dublin BART station, 580/680 highways, close to Stoneridge Mall and many churches.
SINGLE FEMALE OCCUPANT ONLY
$1,300 per month - split some utilities
$300 deposit
$30 per month for housekeeper
Garage parking
(Extra $60/mo. if you have a dog - apartment complex policies)
MUST HAVE GOOD CREDIT as you will have to qualify for the lease (however I am willing to do a roommate release if unable to stay the duration of the lease)
Full kitchen privileges. Washer and dryer in unit. Shared bathroom.
WIFI is included.
My housekeeper does all the deep cleaning, so we just keep the living areas and bathroom tidy.
No drugs, smoking, or overnight male guests.
