This is a studio that is part of the main house. No one has access to each other's spaces, nor will you see anyone in your space coming or going, the unit it 100% private. This space would be for 1 person only. No pets or kids. No smoking of anything or drug use on the property. No entertaining or overnight guests unless prior arrangement is discussed with owner but generally speaking, I don't allow anyone I do not know besides the person renting staying in the studio in the unit. Street parking only. No other storage on the property other than the studio itself.
This is a residential neighborhood next to the Lab (LLNL) and Sandia Lab and one of the best areas of Livermore. If you are looking for a great space to rent with privacy, no non-sense, quiet, clean, safe and beautiful this might be it.
