This is perfect for a responsible, organized professional with a full-time job who commutes daily. After each use, the bathroom and kitchen must be cleaned; a personal fridge is provided in the room for food storage.
My wife is a district school teacher, and I’m a real estate broker and a Pastor. We live in the master bedroom and seek a respectful and tidy tenant.
House Rules:
- Tenant is responsible for cleaning the bathroom and kitchen after each use, ensuring both are left sanitary and orderly.
