Hello awesome people! We are three wonderful folks who have an open room in our lovely 4-bedroom home in the Canterbury Village area of Concord. Home is equipped with good A/C system and large garage with additional refrigerator. Full access to beautiful eat-in kitchen, spacious living room, and backyard with a large shaded patio. Some of the photos included are from the most recent realtor posting just because we're in a bit of a time crunch.
Room will be available for May 1st, but an earlier move in date may be possible depending on the situation. Rent is $865 plus utilities which fluctuate depending on the season but are usually around $100-$160 each.

We are:
- Talented chef and baker with a green thumb. Proud cat grandma and Pokemon expert. Mid 30’s, hilarious and laid back smoker.
-- Writer and singer-songwriter. Early 40’s but very young at heart. Loves crystals, succulents, cats, smoothies, tarot, movies, and the ocean.
-Visual artist and plant enthusiast with a lot of kindness and creativity. Loves body art, fashion, collecting VHS tapes, and pizza. Early 20’s. Identifies as non-binary.
- One handsome and friendly Russian Blue cat who loves treats, chicken, and chin scratches.
-We all get along great and enjoy spending time together as a house when schedules allow. We have occasional house dinners, backyard BBQs, movie or game nights, etc, but we each lead our own active lives.
Room is:

-11’4”x10’
-share master bathroom with one other person
-good sized closet
-access to shared attic storage
-ceiling fan
-large window overlooking backyard
Regarding Pets:
We have one indoor cat and unfortunately we aren’t allowed to have any other animals.
