We’re looking for a male roommate to fill a furnished room in our house in downtown, just a few blocks from campus and a 5-minute walk to Trader Joe’s.
The room is the primary (master) bedroom upstairs. There are five bedrooms total: three upstairs (including the primary) and two downstairs. Four other student roommates each have their own single room (3 undergrads, 1 master’s student). Free parking is available. Utilities average about $60 per person every three months.
Rent is $1,500/month for one person, or $875 per person/month for two people sharing. The lease can start on the 20th of this month or February 1st (super flexible btw).
