Hello! We have a beautiful, private room in a opening up December 1st.
The Home
-beautiful, quaint, 100+ year old cabin-vibe home in the Berkeley hills

-beautiful living room with tall ceilings
-spacious kitchen with tons of appliances
-shared bathroom
-good internet
-shed for bikes and other storage
-utilities run roughly $30-40 a month
-Important note: The living room is a partitioned half living room/half bedroom. In general, the living room will be open for communal use during the day, but it is typical for the room to be partitioned during the evening.

The Roommates
-Eric is a 33 y/o UCB architecture graduate. You can find him sifting through his record collection, tending to the garden and houseplants, or going to some kinda cool weird music show
-Frank is a 30 year old school teacher and artist. You can find me painting, walking around the neighborhood, or meditating.
We are all kind, clean, and respectful housemates. You are sure to find living with Eric and Frank peaceful and easy. In general we are quiet and keep to ourselves, but there are always opportunities to hang out and cook up some nice (vegetarian) meals together.
