House Basics: shoes off at entry, COVID/hygiene conscious, no smoking, tidy the kitchen daily, not a bunch of alcohol, quietish hours 9:30pm–6am
You're a good fit if you're: chill, reliable, pay on time, clean up after yourself, and are cool with a small dog.
