We just moved here from San francisco and looking for new jobs and on a temporary driving Lyft and Uber to pay bills. We love to cook, taking care of the house, gym and watch movies in our free time.
We're ok if you:
1. Go to school
2. Work from home or not from home.
3. Having no job/school
As long as you have credit score 700+ and pay rent on time, having no criminal background history, no smoking and don't have pet.
There are 2 rooms available for rent, you can pick 1:
1. Master room: $1600
2. Medium room: $1000
The price is for 1 person only if you have another to join you please add $200 on your monthly expenses. All rooms are furnished now but your room can be furnished or no furnished, it is up to you, just let us know.
Utilities that are included: Water, Internet
You pay your part: Electricity, Trash ( divided by all roommates)
House is fully furnished and we don't have space for more furniture. You can only furnish your own room if you want. We are open to do month to month, 3/6/12 months lease depends on your needs. Pool use is only available for 3+ month lease.
Move in expenses: first and last month.
