2007 Mini Cooper S Convertible - Complete, needs paperwk - $2,500

Bought in 2017, rear-ended and totaled two weeks later. Has sat in my driveway since. Selling whole or for parts. Have original Title, but Paperwork is the buyer's responsibility.
Repairs already done (reputable body shop):
• Frame/body straightened
• Rear bumper, rear hatch, and driver's seat replaced
• New cam sensor installed
Condition:
• Ran strong before and after the accident; hasn't run in ~1 year, battery is dead
• Paddle shifting, heated seats, Harman Kardon stereo, A/C, power mirrors — all worked last time it was driven
• Paint in good shape; no dents, one small door ding
• New rear hatch needs paint to match and adjustment
• Slight exhaust leak, needs adjusting
• PPF on front and on mirrors needs replacement
• Tires look new but have sat for years — replace before any highway driving
• Interior very good: minor scuff on one door panel and dashboard, no rips, rear seats and parcel cover clean, roll bars intact
• Convertible top works fine, top was painted brown, still keep car dry, nice/usable.
Included with sale:
• Original broken rear bumper cover
• Rear side skirts (complete trim set)
• Original black/tan driver's seat (current replacement seat is solid black — can be recovered to match)
Still needs:
• Rear view mirror holder (glass is fine)
• Rear bumper cover (or repair the original)
• Rear hatch brake light
• Seatbelt fault light cleared
• Driver's seat cover swapped to match interior
