So i am seperating from my wife. I own 2 houses in Triology with one rented out and the 2nd my wife will be staying in. I don't really have a budget but would like to do something upscale. Limited roomates (hopefully one) and they must qualify financially. Good credit a must with a long term stable income. I have a doodle and a mainecoon.
