Creative, Clean Queer looking for Room (pup in pic is not mine)

We set my move out day for Sept 1st but I can move out any time before then. My budget is $1000-1350 + utilities.
I have no pets but totally good living with animals.
For work, I have my own pet care business. I have regular weekly walks and I pet sit nearly every month, so typically I'm gone a weekend or a few weeks each month. I am also an artist (I make wands) and musician (I'm in a band - we practice once a week at our practice space).
As a house mate, I pay rent/bills on time, clean up after myself/participate with house chores and am friendly but don't need to be besties with my housemates. I have a fairly busy schedule and when home, I typically hole up in my room (other than making food in the kitchen). Sometimes I do song writing in my home but I'm respectful about when doing this and if asked for quiet, I oblige. I can be fun and silly but I have a serious side as well :)
